Couples Therapy:
For partners seeking deeper understanding, improved communication, and stronger emotional connection. I support couples-particularly those navigating culturally differences, adjustment, or life transitions in building trust, resolving conflict, and creating healthy, lasting relationships rooted in empathy and respect.
Family Therapy:
Family therapy provides a space for healing and reconnection. I help families strengthen communication, navigate generational and cultural differences and work through challenges together. This process fosters unity, understanding, and emotional balance within families.

Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)
DBT teaches practical skills for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and staying grounded during stress, promoting emotional balance and self-awareness.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps you identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, empowering youth manage challenges like anxiety, depression, and stress with healthier coping skills
EMDR is a trauma-focused approach that helps the brain process painful experiences, reducing emotional distress and allowing healing from past events.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
TF-CBT supports children, teens, and families in understanding and healing from trauma through a blend of emotional support, coping skills and gentle processing.

INSURANCE: We are networked with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Ascension (Smart Health), Cigna, Quest Behavioral Health, and Carelon Behavioral Health. MORE ON THE WAY!
PAYMENT: Out-of-pocket payment for sessions is required at the time of service. We accept debit/credit cards. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available based on financial need. Please reach out to discuss your situation if cost is a concern.
